During my stay in Miami, whether for leisure or business, I found Quality Inn to be a great choice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV and in-room safe. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions in Miami and proximity to the airport. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and started on time at 7 am. The shuttle service to the Miami port for just $10 per person was a lifesaver!

The free shuttle service from and to the airport was incredibly convenient. We were grateful to have such a helpful amenity. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose Quality Inn for its proximity to CityPlace Doral, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service and the guest market in the lobby. The amenities like free breakfast, free WiFi, and the outdoor pool were very enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenience of having nearby shops.
Communication challenges with limited English spoken.

the staff are super friendly and the room is really comfy! also, the place is spotless and the pool is fab. it's really close to the 826 highway too. i love that they always have hot coffee - 24/7.

the breakfast, airport shuttle, and mall shuttle were fantastic. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. the location was convenient and easy to enter and exit the property. the shower pressure was great, but the shower itself could use an upgrade. the staff were extremely helpful, and the shuttle service was very convenient. the driver was exceptionally helpful. the neighborhood felt safe, and it was easy to access basic amenities such as a Shell station and a full grocery store. i will definitely stay here again next time i have a layover.
